Having shiny and glossy hair is a target when you have dry and damaged color hair.   A lot of time clients will think I should put a clear shine over my hair to look good.  What I recommend for dry flat ugly hair is add lowlights or a darker streaks with a gloss too.  This vivid look give hair depth and shine.
