need cheap hair highlights From: Simon 2/6/2006 on Lance website I noticed that he charges $110 for partial highlights/lowlights. What do you consider partial? Crown? Framing the face? Does this include more than one shade? Please let me know. I ususally go to a clip joints and pay 55 dollars though it is not that great of a job I'm just interested in a few subtle lowlights, nothing drastic. Does any one know of a cheap place I can go to in Santa Monica area since Lance is in Beverly Hills? Simon Thanks! Comment on this posting.
