in Los Angeles Oct. 29-30 From: Melissa 10/15/2004 I will be in the LA area Oct 29-30. I have shoulder length hair that a needs a little change. Plus I would like some blonde highlights in my bangs. My natural hair color is brown. I have been highlighting my hair since I was a teenager. I used to highlight my hair on my own but had to stop 14 years ago because my hair would turn reddish. I haven't been able to find someone to do my highlights correctly since several years. My dark bangs make my face look paler vs brighter with highlights. Can you help me?
