Hair Extensions From: Suzanne 12/22/2006 4:49:20 PM Hello. I am new to the Beverly Hills area and seeking an experienced professional to complete hair extensions. I have an area of short/thin hair (approximately 1 1/2 inches by four three inches) that I would love to have fixed with extensions. Upon completion of that, I will need a cut and a full highlight (or prior if that is how you generally do it). Can you respond and let me know how much a consultation is for such a process?
