Not only did you apologize for being 10 minutes late even though my appointment was at the last minute but your friedly and motherly attitude about my mother's hip fracture was mending for me. I was trying to get you to understand what my contraints are and you understand that I did not have all day to spend in the salon and you worked quicly on my hair style.- THANK YOU. I realize you are busy but p you still give your customers You! You are very good at what you do and are resectful to your customers. If, I feel you make me feel important and am happy to plug you on your blog. However, I am just an average hard working person who has to make a lot of arrangements to come see you and am happy to do so!!.
