I am a graduate of The Graham Webb Academy and have been working in Virginia for a couple of years. I am extremely talentd with color and attended The International Haircolor Exchange a few years ago in Washington D.C. I have a Virginia liscence and have arrangements to take the exam in California. I am interested in knowing the specifics about my availability to work in California relating to this change in liscence. Could you please tell me the details.
