I would like to know how long you can leave in the extensions. Do you they need to be replaced or adjusted after a certain time period? My hair is very baby fine, past my shoulders but is now suffering from to much processing with Hot curlers, blow dryers and the like. I want my extensions to look natural and easy to manage. Just wondering what I may expect, the life of the hair extensions, care of them etc......As much info as you can provide would be helpful to me in making my decision. | lock of love donation in Los Angeles From: jennifer 6/1/2004 Dear Lance, Every few years I donate my hair to the Locks of Love foundation. I profess I really don't know much about styles or what hair styles will complement my face and body. It is time for me to cut my hair again for donation. I would like something different, but manageable. I'm always on the go and work out a lot, so I would like to find a hairstyle that can be easily taken care of, but at the same time, for a nice evening I would like to do something with it. After reading your article "finding the right stylist for you" I wanted to send you an email first with my situation to see if you think we would be able to be on the same wavelength. | major hair problem coarse frizzy uuckkk From: jesscia 5/11/2004 hi lance, i have a major hair problem. about 6 monthes ago i had a perm put in my hair and the stylist who did it left it on to long and my hair has been terrible ever since. it's frizzy and coarse, i don't know of anything i can do with it, i've trimmed it faithfully every month since then, but if theres anything you can recommend it would be great!!! i was thinking about hair extentions, but im not sure. what do you think? how much do they usually cost????? thanks so much, jessica Comment on this posting. |
