PARIS HAIR EXTENSIONS
From: Terry
4/2/2006

I'm italian I just came back from Paris where I had my hairs extended but I'm not happy with the result. You can see the two different kind of hairs as they don't match at all. I think they used Indian curly hairs and I have really straight hairs,I'm coming to LA and I was wondering if you can help me in fixing them somehow. They used a special glue to attach extentions.....I would like to fix an appointment with your salon or I would like a recommendation for a salon to go to fromt he public for next week for trying to solve the problem and a hair cut as well. Thank you very much.

Terry from Paris!

Hello hair dresser out there tonight

I'm a guy, mid-30s, who likes to wear his hair long in a sort of Viggo Mortensent "Lord of the Rings" / Tom Cruise "The Last Samurai" sort of way, but every stylist says they can do this cut but I end up getting a bi-level cut that' flat. Can you help? I'll drive to Los Angeles if I have to. Does anyone does house call in Long Beach.

Best Regards,
Jose.

Hi Lance,

Before we schedule the call to review your financials for next week -- I need the following:

Your income! What have you brought in in Services and Retail? (As a company)

We need these numbers to get a true look at the business.

Yes, we can do a conference call with Chris. But we aren't going to schedule anything until we get those numbers from you.

I hope the event went well today!!!!!! (I emailed all 3 of your email addresses to ensure you received this message.)

From: Christina
3/27/2006

Lance is really wonderful and i want to thank him for his excellent service.
thanks for fitting me in on Wednesday for the color (single color process). Don't worry about cut or blow dry - we will catch that some other time, just as long as I can get rid of the ugly gray that is quite visible no matter how I try to camouflage..

Thanks. Kristina
