the good, bad and ugly of hair salons From: Lance 4/20/2006 I would like to discuss the good bad and ugly that I know has occured at hair salons. lol One thing I know that happens at hair salon I think is bad Is client wandering around not knowing where to sit or who to talk to. I think its important for hair salons to properly great their clients and let them know they will be attended to. - Lance. Comment on this posting.
Donate to Locks of Love from your Beverly Hills Salon From: Rosalinda 4/18/2006 Hi Lance, I would like to help my daughter with a complete makeover. I do not need one myself. She has never had her hair styled, just trimed and it is down to her waist. She wants to donate her hair to "Locks of Love" but she would like to find someone that is really up on the latest hairstyles and would give her a style that fits her. She has a good heart and I want to help her find someone that can give her a new look with cut, color and makeup. Do you know of anyone in the Seattle area that help change her looks from a high school girl to the 25 year old beautiful woman that she is? I read your bio and you sound like someone with a good heart so, I would appreciate any suggestions. Also you are welcome to blog this i would enjoy seeing public responses of suggestion for terrific hair styles. Thanks, Rosalinda Comment on this posting.

Frustrated over wavy hair. From: Marlene 4/13/2006 Lance this blog is quite something.. everyone is very friendly and personable! My daughter, Jance, just turned 16 Her hair is extremely curly (very tight curls, difficult to manage). She has to spend a lot of time getting ready in the morning, and gets frustrated. I don't want to permanently straighten her hair (she is too young and I think her hair has potential). She has a lot of hair! I see that you have something called the "anti-curl" and something called "permanent wave". I was wondering what these are exactly. I'd like to "untighten" her curls and make her hair more manageable, permanently (wavy look). I'd like to know a bit more before I bring her in to see you.Help! Marlene Dear Marlene I suggest you to the YUKO Japanes permanet hair stragitening. I have had stylist take their classes. thanks Lance. Comment on this posting.
Bohyme hair From: Tori 4/11/2006 10:59:59 AM Can you use the bohyme hand tied hair that I already have with your system? I have 2 packages that I have had woven in previously. I really want to have it put in piece by piece. I'd love to give it a try before your 1/2 off special ends.... Thank you for your time. Tori Comment on this posting.

Vip Gift Bags From: Liberty Hill 4/9/2006 Jimmy, thanks for leaving a comment on our blog... It was so good to hear from you and find out that your salon is willing to donate haircuts for our vip guests on May 10th, 2006. However, to make things easier, as we are not doing typical gift bags this time around, we think it would be great to perhaps auction off a gift pack from Lance Christoper Salon in Beverly Hills. Perhaps a cut, color, makeup gift certificate? If you can do that, we can feature it on our website, have it for showing at our event and be able to fundraise off of the item. Please let me know if that is doable. Thank you so much for your time, cooperation, and incredible offer. All the best, Liberty Hill Foundation Comment on this posting.
Naturally dark brown hair From: Larissa 4/9/2006 Hay Lance a Lot..... I was watching your videos that were demonstrating the transformations on your clients. I have a passion for Hair and Beauty and was really taken by your work and skills when it comes to work. I would like some advice on my own hair. Im olive and have naturally dark brown hair. I have been all sorts of colours for eg blonde etc... but im constantly wanting to change my hair and think look ugly with brown hair. PLease help me. Kind regards, Larissa Thanks Larissa for your comments on my hair blog... my advice is keep your base color and do highlights. and the right color is stairing you in the face. what colors are in your pupils when you look close?? - maybe goldish Hazel or light golden brown???. stay away from brassy highlights though call my salon for an appoint and consultation thanks ---LANCE Comment on this posting.
