My Grand Daughter,Casey has worked very hard in school this past year and I would like to treat her to a new hair cut/style and high-lighting. We live in the Thousand Oaks area, and in the past when I have taken her to a Salon in our area, it is like they put a bowl on her head and cut around it. She so needs a "Special Look" and I believe that after watching your videos, that you are the one that could accomplish her dream of looking great! | Looking for great hair salon to work at. From: Terri 5/9/2006 Hello People. I have been searching around on billboards and blogs for good places to work In Los angeles County. i came across this blog website while researching salons in ventura and la counties. I am a hairstylist and am currently working at a 5 diamond resort in ventura county.I am possibly looking for a change of atmosphere yet want to remain in a high end salon. I enjoy my work very much and i am very outgoing, but i am yearning to be in a place that is more upbeat and fun...since i am at a resort my hair salon is in more of a spa atmosphere, where it is very tranquil and quiet..your salon sounds great and i would love to see it in person. i look forward to learning more about it. thank you for your time. I am trying to find people who did a show in oakland marriott last sunday. I can't remember the name of them.. Only thing I remember was they were from beverlyhills... | could anybody help with my hair? From: Lola 5/6/2006 Hello everyone. does anyone know of some good hairstyles for me, here is a quick description of my hair: I had always had long hair up until a couple of months ago when I was convinced to cut it off. I now have "neck-length" short hair and every day I regret cutting my hair. I miss my long hair terribly and have decided to just get hair extensions while it grows back. I would like long hair that would reach down to the middle of my back. Could you please post more information about the type and pricing of the hair extensions that any facilities offer.? I have had extensions several times, so I am very familiar with them. I also was wondering about which product you use to bind the hair? if anyone one on the net could post some suggestions for my my hair thanks. I had my hair colored blue-black with semi-permanent dye 2 months ago, and now I want to go very light brown with blond highlights, similar to Jennifer Lopez or Gisele's haircolor. | glamour magazine or vogue magazine looks From: model want to be 5/1/2006 Hi Lance! I'm 44 years old and in desparate need of glamour! I've been through a lot of stress over the last couple years and I haven't been dedicating as much time and effort to looking good as I'd like. I have very thin hair (I have straightened using the japanese method 3 times in the last 21/2 years...last treatment was about 8 months ago) and I really loved the straight non-frizzy look but I feel very limited in the types of hairstyles I can create. My hair is currently almost all one length past my shoulders (almost to the middle of my back at it's longest). I used to work as a receptionist in a hair salon and had someone who did my color and cuts for me but I want to find a new stylist who will really listen to my needs and give me the sexy look I long for (maybe some fringes, long bangs sweeped to the side, a darker, richer color, keeping as much length as possible) and taking a few years off would be a big plus! I'm available Tues and Thur evenings or Sat and Sun during the day for consultations. Let me know what are the best times for you and I'll call to make an appointment. If my h air is very damaged will it blend well with high quality hair? How long can i get my hair? My hair is thin and a little longer than shoulder length.
